Pathways Door Decorating Contest

Congratulations to Ms. Chan's Kinder/1st grade class for winning first place to our Pathways door decorating contest.  Pathways to College prepares students in high school for college and career success by offering rigorous A-G coursework with career technical education.

Bella Vista's 8th Annual Spelling Bee

Fourteen 4th and 5th grade students made it to the 8th annual Bella Vista Elementary Spelling Bee.  The competition was fierce!  Two fifth grade students were the last two standing students: Rebekah Gee and Joaquin Santa Catalina.  The two 5th graders battled back and forth for over 20 rounds of words.  At the end of the spelling bee, the last student standing who will represent Bella Vista Elementary as our first place representative in the Montebello Unified School District Spelling Bee is Joaquin Santa Catalina!  Rebekah Gee will represent Bella Vista Elementary as our second place representative.  We congratulate both students on their accomplishment, their dedication, and their diligence!  We are proud of both of them and wish them all the best at the District Spelling Bee!
